1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phcash ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the phcash online casino and sports betting platform, including the website located at phcash.cam, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account with phcash, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any of our Services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines that may be published on our platform from time to time. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phcash reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. If you are accessing phcash from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, you must not use our Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phcash complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services in certain countries or regions at our discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use phcash Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth proving you meet minimum age requirements
• Accurate residential address in the Philippines
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting our security requirements
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso or cryptocurrency where supported)

2.4 Account Restrictions

Each User may register only one (1) account with phcash. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual through identity verification, device fingerprinting, or other means, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate any deposited funds.

You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify phcash immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

phcash is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accordingly, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months)
• Copies of payment method documents (credit card photos, e-wallet screenshots, bank account statements)
• Selfie photographs holding your identification document
• Additional documentation as required to comply with regulatory obligations

Your account may be suspended, and withdrawals may be withheld until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

phcash accepts deposits via multiple payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of demonstrated technical error by phcash. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, fraudulent credit cards, or other illegal means will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. You must be the authorized account holder of any payment method used to deposit funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. First-time withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures and may take up to 24-48 hours to process while identity verification is completed.

phcash aims to process most withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, time of day, verification requirements, and external factors beyond our control such as bank processing delays.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and VIP status. phcash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 PHP.

3.3 Fees and Charges

phcash does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the User's responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply when depositing or withdrawing in currencies other than Philippine Peso.

3.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by phcash are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on phcash are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by phcash. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that betting patterns indicate fraud, collusion, or abuse.

4.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on phcash, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer results. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information sections and represent the theoretical percentage returned to players over the long term.

4.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change at any time until the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, odds are locked at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. phcash reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at our discretion.

Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports authority. In cases where events are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules.

4.4 Maximum Payouts

phcash reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or per-bet payout limits. Progressive jackpot wins are paid out in accordance with the specific game provider's terms. In cases of disputes regarding game outcomes or payouts, the decision of phcash management is final.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using phcash Services. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to abuse promotions, or any other form of bonus hunting or promotional abuse.
• Money Laundering: Using phcash Services to launder money or process illegal funds from criminal activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identification documents, or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated betting software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any form of cheating or unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other individuals to access or use your account, or accessing another person's account.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from phcash software or games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds differences between phcash and other betting platforms.

6. Responsible Gaming

Users who self-exclude or request account closure due to problem gambling concerns will not be permitted to reopen their accounts or create new accounts. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating additional accounts will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phcash platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, game content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of phcash or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phcash Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from phcash without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

phcash Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, phcash disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services, even if phcash has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall phcash's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phcash Services, you agree to first contact phcash customer support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phcash.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of phcash Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any legal disputes.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phcash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• You engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 5
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. phcash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from account termination.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and phcash regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
